Payment details and fees will be provided during the booking process. 2.4. The Guest may be required to pay a security deposit, which will be refunded according to the Host's policies.

3. Cancellations and Refunds: 3.1. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the Host. 3.2. The Guest should review the specific cancellation policy provided by the Host during the booking process. 3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the Host's cancellation policy.

4. Property Use and Conduct: 4.1. The Guest agrees to use the rental property responsibly and in accordance with any rules provided by the Host. 4.2. The Guest is responsible for any damages caused to the rental property during their stay. 4.3. The Guest agrees not to engage in any illegal activities while using the rental property.

5. Liability: 5.1. The Host shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred by the Guest during their stay. 5.2. The Host shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings of the Guest.

6. Disputes: 6.1. Any disputes between the Host and Guest shall be resolved between the parties directly. 6.2. The Host shall not be responsible for any disputes arising between the Guest and third parties.

7. Modifications and Termination: 7.1. The Host reserves the right to modify or terminate the rental agreement and these Terms and Conditions at any time. 7.2. The Guest will be notified of any modifications to the rental agreement or these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law: 8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental property is located.
